Our cutting-edge facility in Germany houses a state-of-the-art testing and development center, where we continuously push manufacturing efficiency and quality to surpass OEM standards. Pioneering advancements in performance exhaust design, CAPRISTO has secured multiple international patents under the leadership of founder and CEO Antonio Capristo.

Each CAPRISTO exhaust is meticulously crafted from T309 stainless steel—an alloy closely related to Inconel, the choice material for Formula 1 racing—ensuring durability in extreme temperatures exceeding 600°C. Featuring precision mandrel-bent tubing and hand-welded construction, every system is a testament to innovation, craftsmanship, and performance.

 AISI T309 (1.4828) - Specifically designed for high-temperature resistance, such as racing exhaust systems, furnaces.  The higher chromium and nickel content of T309 makes raw material cost 30-40% more/weight.  superior high-temperature performance = longer lifespan and reduced maintenance costs.

Precision minded

Every car AND part is completely 3D scanned in house in our factory Sundern to ensure perfect fit. Carbon Molds and Exhaust Jigs are made of billet steel.  Water cut in house.

Design concept is OEM+, parts should look like they could have been a factory option. We use EXACT matching weaves to OEM, use BETTER than OEM clear coating.  Will not yellow like OEM.

  • 3D SCANNED

    Every Capristo component starts with the creation of a complete 3D rendering of the vehicle utilizing our state-of-the-art 3D laser scanners. 

  • DIGITALLY PROCESSED

    Once the scan is complete the data is prepared, digitally cleaned and exported for further processing using our proprietary CAD-Software. 

  • COMPUTER ASSISTED DESIGN

    The digital process starts the beginning of the prototype manufacturing. Utilizing engine specifications, sonic resonance values, and dimensional restrictions, Capristo designs multiple prototype concepts for physical evaluation. 

  • EXTENSIVELY TESTED

    Each of these designs are then test-fitted and checked for performance and sound superiority. Only once the perfect balance of these two goals is found is the result achieved and ready for the next step.

  • HAND WELDED

    Upon completion of prototyping and testing, the system is now ready for serial production and will be manufactured based on the specific precise guidelines.

  • MIRROR FINISHED

    After the product is completed, the system is hand-polished to a mirror finish and ready for installation on your vehicle.
